Day 1 – Shkoder to Theth

We begin our journey early in the morning from Shkoder toward the beautiful mountain village of Theth.

The drive takes approximately 2 hours, including a short scenic stop along the way for photos and panoramic views.

Part of Theth National Park, Theth is one of Albania’s most spectacular natural destinations.

Highlights include:
• The Blue Eye (Kaprre)
• Grunas Waterfall
• The Church of Theth
• The Lock-in Tower (Tower of Ngujimit)

Day 2 – Theth to Valbona (Self-Guided Hike)

Today you will experience one of the most famous hiking trails in the Balkans.

The transfer from Theth to Valbona is done on foot via a mountain hiking trail.

Please note:
• The hike is self-guided
• There is no guide or group escort provided
• Participants are responsible for completing the trail independently
• Good physical condition and appropriate hiking gear are required

Arrival in Valbona in the afternoon. Free time to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Day 3 – Valbona – Komani Lake – Shala River – Shkoder

Departure from Valbona

07:45 AM – Pick-up from guesthouses or hotels near the center of Valbona.

After a scenic drive through the mountains, arrival at Fierzë Port is expected at approximately 08:40 AM.

🚤 Boat Trip on Komani Lake

09:30 AM – Departure by boat from Fierzë Port across Komani Lake.

Enjoy a breathtaking 1 hour and 40-minute cruise through dramatic cliffs, deep canyons, and crystal-clear waters. The scenery is often compared to the Norwegian fjords.

11:10 AM – Arrival at Shala River.

🌊 Free Time at Shala River

You will spend approximately 4 relaxing hours at Shala River, often called “The Thailand of Albania” thanks to its turquoise waters and untouched beauty.

03:00 PM – Boat departure from Shala River
04:00 PM – Arrival at Koman Port

🚐 Transfer to Shkoder

04:10 PM – Minibus transfer from Koman Port to Shkoder.

Arrival in Shkoder is expected at 06:00 PM, marking the end of this unforgettable experience.
