Shala River Tour – Magical Journey from Shkodra City

Start your unforgettable adventure every morning at 07:30 from Shkodra, right in front of Rozafa Hotel. Our comfortable transport will take you to Komani Lake, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes with spectacular views of the Albanian Alps and charming villages along the way.

At 09:30, board the boat at Komani Lake and cruise towards the Shala River. Pass through majestic canyons, crystal-clear waters, and towering mountains reflected in the lake, one of the most photogenic experiences in Albania.

Arrive at the Shala River around 10:45, often called the “Thailand of Albania” for its emerald-green water and pristine nature. You will have free time until 15:00 to swim, relax on white pebble beaches, enjoy local cuisine, or explore nearby trails.

The return boat departs at 15:00 to Komani Lake, and transfer by road brings you back to Shkodra, arriving in the late afternoon around 17:30–18:00.
